We’re looking for a SDR for Germany market to join us in bringing clarity and structure to international real state markets.

We started CASAFARI with a mission to organize the real estate market into an efficient data-powered ecosystem to enable and accelerate deals through a transparent and safe B2B platform.


CASAFARI isn’t just another data aggregator: it's an entire operating system that powers real estate agents in real-time, removing asymmetry of knowledge, accelerating transactions and opening up new opportunities for iBuyers, property developers, investors and Q-commerce operators and beyond to reach their investment objectives.

As a CASAFARI SDR you play a critical role in the sales process by identifying potential customers, performing outreach to new prospective customers and qualifying them for further engagement with the sales team, contributing to the growth and success of the company.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate sales opportunities from Casafari’s target list (real estate agencies/brokerages and developers);
  • Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling and emailing;
  • Qualify leads and report customers needs to your manager and in Hubspot;
  • Schedule and book product demos for potential customers through a proactive approach;
  • Track all sales actions in HubSpot (including call activity, lead qualification details, lead pipeline, etc);
  • Collect feedback and communicate it to the product management team.


What we are looking for:

To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and warm inbound leads.

  • 2+ years of SDR/sales experience (preferably B2B, SaaS, and/or PropTech);
  • German (C2) with fluent English (company language);
  • Experience engaging with real estate agencies, brokers or developers is a big plus;
  • Confident communicator, active listener, and strong relationship builder;
  • A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth, international environment;
  • Curious, tech-savvy, and excited by AI and innovation;
  • Resilient and results-driven with strong organizational skills.

This holder of this position can be based in either Germany or Central Europe and CASAFARI has offices in Portugal [Lisbon and Algarve], Spain [Madrid] and Germany [Berlin].
