We’re looking for a Customer Success Representative for Portuguese and Spanish market to join us on our mission to solve chaos in international real estate markets.

CASAFARI isn’t just another data aggregator: it's an entire operating system that powers real estate agents in real-time, removing asymmetry of knowledge, accelerating transactions and opening up new opportunities for iBuyers, property developers, investors and Q-commerce operators and beyond to reach their investment objectives.

Position Overview:

As a Customer Success Representative at CASAFARI, you will play a key role in ensuring that our clients gain maximum value from our products and services.

You will provide timely, efficient, and high-quality support across multiple channels, helping to resolve issues, share knowledge, and enhance the customer experience.

Beyond support, you will nurture strong client relationships through webinars, proactive engagement, and feedback collection. By analysing customer data and behaviour, you will contribute to improving satisfaction, retention, and overall customer success.

Responsabilities:

  • Liaise with customers submitting support requests via multiple channels;

  • Engage with customers across multiple channels, including phone calls, emails, and support tickets, providing timely and effective responses;

  • Respond to customers requests in a timely manner and efficiently, using the correct information to support them;

  • Organize and conduct workshops, training sessions, and webinars for existing clients on new product features;

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers;

  • Gather feedback from customers to understand their satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement;

  • Analyse customer data to gain insights into their behavior, needs, and preferences, which can be used to improve the customer experience and increase retention rates;

  • Create effective campaigns for new customers as well as less active ones;

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Account Manager, Sales and Product, to align strategies and deliver a seamless customer experience;

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and share these with the Account Management team.

What we are looking for:

  • Home-language must be Portuguese, fluency in Spanish is essential and same for English;

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support (preferably B2B, SaaS and Real Estate)

  • Previous experience working with a ticketing system;

  • Ability to focus and work under pressure;

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;

  • Start-up mindset and ownership;

  • Curiosity, strong growth mindset, ability to learn fast;

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Empathetic, desire to help and support clients;

  • Proficiency with tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Zendesk, Ringover, LiveStorm and similar platforms.

This holder of this position need to be based in Portugal and CASAFARI has offices in Portugal [Lisbon and Algarve], Spain [Madrid] and Germany [Berlin]!
