Aligned with this we are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel at building relationships, navigating complex enterprise sales cycles, and tackling challenges with a positive attitude.
This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise-sized organizations within the real estate sector.
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to engage potential customers and demonstrate the value of our SaaS & DaaS solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, key stakeholders, partners, decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
- Manage existing relationships and identify new opportunities within existing customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our platform.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product and customer success, to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the company’s growth and market presence.
Competencies & Skills:
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the SaaS or B2B space.
- Experience engaging with enterprise-level customers and managing complex sales cycles.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A strong entrepreneurial spirit with a fearless approach to tackling challenges and pursuing ambitious goals.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in German, and English. Knowledge of any other European Languages is a great plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Experience in the real estate or related industries is a plus.
- Familiarity with selling data-driven solutions or analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of European enterprise sales markets, particularly in Germany (DACH region).
