We’re looking for a Full-Cycle Account Executive to drive CASAFARI’s growth in Spain, focusing on businesses that are expanding their physical footprint — from franchises and expansion managers to fast-growing companies opening new locations.
This is a hands-on, end-to-end sales role where you’ll own the full journey: from identifying and engaging new prospects to running product demos, negotiating terms, and closing deals. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers and a key contributor in turning opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Own the entire sales process, from outbound prospecting to deal closure;
Act as the first point of contact for prospects within CASAFARI’s target segments in Spain, including franchises, expansion managers, and businesses scaling their physical locations.
Identify, research, and develop new sales opportunities through proactive outbound activities;
Run high-volume outreach campaigns via cold calling, email, and social selling;
Use LinkedIn and other digital channels to engage and qualify prospects;
Nurture leads across different funnel stages and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on fit, business needs, and buying readiness;
Manage your pipeline in HubSpot, ensuring accurate tracking, clean CRM data, and reliable forecasting;
Share customer insights, pain points, and market signals with internal stakeholders;
Own the pipeline from first contact through negotiation and contract signing.
Adapt sales materials and messaging to the Spanish market and language;
Deliver online and in-person product demos showcasing CASAFARI’s Business Expansion solutions;
Lead consultative sales conversations and confidently handle objections;
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals in line with monthly and quarterly targets;
Represent CASAFARI at local events, conferences, and webinars when required;
Ensure all pre-sales onboarding steps are completed before handing over to the Account Management team.
Ensure smooth handovers to the Account Management team with clear and structured information;
Build trust-based, long-term relationships with new customers;
Share customer feedback with Product and Marketing teams to support continuous improvement;
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to optimise outreach and lead nurturing.
2+ years of experience in sales or business expansion, ideally in B2B environments, fast-growing businesses, or roles linked to physical location expansion;
Experience in a full-cycle or hybrid SDR/AE role is a strong plus;
Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and close deals;
Strong consultative selling skills and active listening;
Resilient, persistent, and results-driven mindset;
Ability to understand and communicate technology-led solutions;
Highly organised, with strong time management and prioritisation skills;
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Fluent Spanish and English (C1/C2);
Additional European languages are a plus;
Based in Spain.
