🎯 Your Mission:

As Account Manager – French Market, you will be the trusted advisor for our real estate clients in France. You’ll help them get the most out of our platform, offering training, insights, and hands-on support to ensure they thrive.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients (mostly agencies/brokerages);
  • Deliver impactful onboarding sessions, workshops, and webinars;
  • Train and support new team members within client agencies;
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with decision-makers;
  • Gather insights through product/customer interviews to improve our services;
  • Act as the bridge between client needs and our product team.


🧠 Who You Are:

  • Native-level proficiency in French with fluent English;
  • 3+ years of experience in the same role or in similar positions within the Sales area;
  • Enthusiastic about property and tech;
  • Comfortable with CRM/tools and digital platforms;
  • Proactive, organized, and a great communicator;
  • Empathetic and customer-focused - you love helping people succeed!;
  • Curious, fast learner, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment.
