As an Account Executive, you’ll be involved in the full sales journey – from prospecting and lead generation to demos, negotiation, and deal support. You’ll work closely with experienced sales colleagues, gain exposure to real clients, and develop the skills to take your career to the next level.
This role is perfect for someone commercially motivated, curious, and eager to learn, who already has some sales experience and wants to take on more responsibility.
Full Sales Cycle Support
Engage with inbound and outbound leads, supporting the sales process from first contact to deal progression
Build and manage your own pipeline with guidance from senior colleagues
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts
Prospecting & Pipeline Development
Identify and reach out to potential clients via email, calls, social selling, and LinkedIn
Help generate and qualify leads, contributing to a healthy pipeline
Research prospects and market trends to support sales strategy
Client Engagement & Deal Support
Participate in client meetings and product demos
Communicate CASAFARI’s solutions clearly and confidently
Handle client questions and objections with guidance from senior team members
Support negotiations and contribute to achieving individual and team goals
Collaboration & Learning
Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure client satisfaction
Share client insights and learnings to help improve processes and product solutions
Participate in training and workshops to grow your commercial and industry skills
Some sales experience (B2B preferred), with understanding of prospecting and basic deal management
Commercially minded, target-oriented, and motivated to learn
Strong communication skills and confidence in client interactions
Curious, proactive, and willing to take on new challenges
Organised and detail-oriented
Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish
Interest in technology, data, and innovative solutions
